What sets your superfood apart from others??

We are very particular about the quality of our superfood. Our superfood mixes consist of ingredients that are 100% organic, natural, gluten-free and vegan. They contain no additives, no sweetener, no added sugar, no added flavors or anything else unnatural. Only pure ingredients from nature! Each superfood mix is composed to help and strengthen the body in different ways.
 

 

• We are very careful about quality and with us you will always find only organic products.
• All our raw materials undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are 100% pure.
• You should know what you are paying for and exactly what is in our mixers! That's why we always print the percentage of each ingredient. If it says that the product contains, for example, 35% Spirulina as in our Health Haven, then it does.
• We are also certified viaTASTE, SE-EKO-03.

Are your products organic??

Absolutely! All our products are 100% organic. We are certified via TASTE, SE-EKO-03 and all our products are third-party tested to ensure quality.

How does your superfood taste? 

All of our powder mixes have different flavor profiles, which you can easily read about on the product page. If you are new to superfood powder, we therefore always recommend that you start with a smaller amount and taste your way. It is important to know that none of our products contain added sugar or other flavor enhancers, which means that some people experience the taste as a little above at first.

Why should I eat superfoods??

Only two out of ten eat enough fruit and vegetables today. Lack of time and stressful days are often the reason why we prioritize health. The bad food today is readily available and cheap and often contains unnatural additives.The challenge for many is getting enough antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. With our mixers, you get compressed nutrition in powder form, so that you can supplement your daily nutritional intake. What are superfoods good for??

Superfood is a simple way to get varied nutrition, every day. Our powder mixes are created to help and strengthen the body based on different needs. Superfoods are therefore raw materials with an extremely high nutritional content that help to provide the body with an abundance of important nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids and fatty acids. Eating superfood regularly can have different effects; some protect your body on the inside, while others strengthen and heal. Some superfoods have an immediate effect, while others are more long-term for the body.

How do I use superfoods??

Consider the powders as a supplement to your daily nutritional intake, and use them in the way that suits you best and based on the flavors that appeal to you. Our powder mixes can be advantageously eaten daily by e.g. sprinkle it over filet, porridge, salad dressings or in a smoothie. In our recipe blog you will find lots of good onesprescription that you can use. 

Can the powder mixes be mixed with just water? 

All powder mixes are great to mix directly with just water, but can just as well be mixed with milk, juice or whatever suits your taste and lifestyle best. You can also use our powder mixes as a substitute for e.g. tea or coffee. You can also sprinkle the powder directly on your porridge or filet.

Do you use sweeteners?

No we do not! We do not add any extra sugar, sweeteners or other flavor enhancers to our powder mixes. But you can choose to add natural sweetness in the form of fruit or, for example, raw honey. 

Can the products be heated??

The powder mixes can be heated, fried or boiled, but like e.g. honey, the powder mixes lose some of their good effects if the temperature exceeds 40 degrees.

Can I use several products at the same time??

Ofcourse you can! Our products are specifically designed to help you maintain the body's normal function. We recommend that you start by selecting the powder mixes that are relevant to you and your needs, then you can combine them as best fits into your everyday life.

What happens if I take too much??

The daily recommended dose is 1-2 teaspoons of the powder mix. If you happen to take too much, i.e. more than the daily recommended dose, it won't do anything. The only thing that happens is that your body may not be able to accommodate all the good substances.

Can I use your products if I am allergic?? 

None of our products contain any allergens such as nuts, dairy products or gluten. We have also created a complete list of which ingredients each product contains in percentage, so that you can easily see what each powder mix contains. But always read the list of contents carefully or consult your doctor if you are unsure, before you start using our powder mixes. 

How long does an unopened package last??

An unopened and opened package that is stored dry and cool. Each package also has a best before date. Often the products last even after the best before date

How long do your products last??

The recommended dose is 1-2 tsp daily and we offer two sizes of our products, 200 g (approx. 40 tsp) or 400 g (approx. 80 tsp). The 200 g product packaging is therefore sufficient for approx. 30 days, while the 400 g packaging is sufficient for approx. 60 days.

How do I store my powder mixes??

Our packages must be stored dry and cool so they last until the best before date.

How quickly do I see results?? 

Since our products are natural supplements, the answer may vary depending on what your body needs. But you should still be able to feel the desired effect after a few weeks. 

Are all products vegan??

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.

Are all products gluten-free??

Yes, all our products are 100% gluten-free.

Can pregnant women use all products?

Spirulina andAshwagandha not recommended for pregnant women, which means that pregnant women should not use the products Hormone Harmony and Detox Deluxe. However, we recommend that you always consult your doctor before trying our products. 

Contains the products caffeine?

We have two products that contain natural caffeine and they are the Protein Power and Health Haven products. Protein Power contains the natural caffeineGuarana which is often used to contribute to the maintenance of normal mental performance. While Health Haven containsMacha which is a stone-ground green tea that, unlike other types of caffeine, has a slower-acting, invigorating and harmonious effect on the body.

Can I cancel my order?? 

As long as we have not started processing or sent your order out of our warehouse, we should be able to help you cancel your order. But always contact us viahej@superfoodandberries.se to see how we can help you in your case. 

Help, I accidentally wrote the wrong address on my order, what do I do now??

If you discover that your address has been entered incorrectly, please contact us viahej@superfoodandberries.se. We can then determine where in the handling process your order is and whether it is still possible to make any address changes.

Can I track my order?? 

After you have placed your order, you will be notified via email or SMS where your package is. If you need help tracking your shipment or have other questions, you are always welcome to contact us viahej@superfoodandberries.se. Remember to include your order number so that we can more easily assist you in handling your case.

How long does delivery take?

We try to ship your products within 24 hours, weekdays. Our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days with Early Bird, DHL, PostNord. We use Early Bird, DHL, PostNord to send our deliveries from our warehouse.
