Soft gingerbread with hormone harmony

Here you have a fantastic recipe for tasty and healthy soft gingerbread with an extra dose Hormone Harmony. The is a perfect addition to your Christmas party or to enjoy during cozy winter evenings.
Ingredients:
- 40 grams of fresh dates without seeds.
- 1 - 2 tsp Hormone Harmony
- 1 tbsp chia seeds with 3 tbsp water
- 1 dl almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ - 1 tsp gingerbread spice
Do this:
- Set the oven to 175 degrees.
- Mix chia seeds with water, then let the mixture swell for about 15 minutes before using it.
- Put the chia mix, dates and coconut cream in a bowl and mix together with an immersion blender.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and stir this and water into the date mixture.
- Line a small loaf pan with aluminum foil and spread in the batter. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
