Lemon and ginger tea with optional superfood mix

Lemon and ginger tea on fresh ginger, squeezed lemon with optional superfood mix is ​​perfect now during cold times to get extra vitamins and minerals. Here you can read more about ginger and its anti-inflammatory properties!

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 3 dl water
  • about 1 cm fresh ginger
  • squeezed lemon
  • agave syrup
  • 1 tsp superfood mix of your choice

Do this:

  1. Boil water and pour into two glasses.
  2. Grate ginger and put in both glasses.
  3. Add juice from the lemon, and optional superfood mix.
  4. Sweeten with honey if needed.
