Chia pudding with berries

Good, healthy, and super easy breakfast, snack, or dinner.

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 dl coconut milk or your favorite milk
  • 1 tsp Hormone Harmony or Berry Beautiful superfood mix
  • Some berries, fresh herbs, or nuts to top with

Instructions
Take 3 tbsp chia seeds and mix with plant-based milk and 1-2 tbsp of the superfood mix. Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or overnight. Top with fruit, berries, or nuts. Eat and enjoy - lots of goodness!
