Superfood smotthie med kål

Healthy green quick lunch - great lunch smoothie

A super tasty, nutritious and nutritious lunch smoothie. Perfect for when you're short on time but still want to eat a good lunch.

Ingredients (2 large glasses or a large bowl)

  • 1 tbsp Health Haven
  • 1/2 avocado
  • A large handful of fresh kale
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 2 dl of water

Do this

Put all the ingredients in a blender and run for at least 1 minute. Pour into a glass or bowl. Top with seeds if desired. Eat and enjoy!
