Smoothie for the stomach with Belly Boost

This is a mild and good smoothie for your stomach. Try it if you need to support your normal bowel function with the help of our superfood mixture Belly Boost.

Ingredients (2 people):

  • 1 tbsp Belly Boost
  • 2 dl pieces of pineapple (preferably frozen)
  • 1 banana, preferably frozen in pieces
  • about 50 g of spinach
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 dl of water
  • some ice cubes

Do this:

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
