Ingredients (2 people):

  • 1 tsp Hormone Harmony
  • 2 dl red berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries and red currants)
  • 2 dl orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 dl citrus fruit
  • 1 piece of grated ginger

Do this:

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
