Smoothie tip with a lovely acidity of sea buckthorn. Sea buckthorn berries are an excellent source of vitamin C and also contain other nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin E, iron and phosphorus. The berries are also rich in various antioxidant compounds, which help protect the body against harmful free radicals and can help prevent various health problems.
For 2 people:
- 1/2 dl frozen sea buckthorn (take more if you like the sour taste)
- 1 tablespoon Berry Beautiful
- 1 dl Frozen Raspberries
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 2 dl Frozen Strawberries
- 1 dl Frozen Mango
- 2 apples
- Water (adjust, depending on how thick you want it to be)
